Q1 Will I get product configuration instructions with my purchase?

In addition to Configuration instructions that can be easily found on our website, you will also receive Configuration instructions with your purchase. We also have a YouTube channel with lots of instructional videos that you can watch.


Q2 What if I still can not configure my Track after watching videos and reading the Instructions?

Chances are very slim, but if after watching videos and reading the instructions, you are till having some difficulties, please call our Technical Support representative and he/she will guide you via telephone until your issue is completely resolved.


Q3 Will my newly purchased Track be pre-configured?

Yes, before every Track is being shipped to the customer, it is tested and individually pre-configured based on customer's requirements/specifications.
